KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - A strong portfolio demonstrating social-first design, visual storytelling, typography, composition, and brand thinking. - Experience designing for social media, digital content, sports, entertainment, media, or a similarly fast-paced environment. - Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills. - Experience with After Effects, Premiere, Figma, or other motion/content creation tools is a major plus. - A strong understanding of what makes creative effective across different social platforms. - Ability to work quickly and manage multiple requests without sacrificing attention to detail. - Comfortable working within an established brand system while knowing when and how to push it forward. - Strong collaborator who can take direction from Creative while working closely with Content stakeholders every day. - Comfortable creating both one-off, high-impact pieces and scalable systems that other creators can use. - Interest in sports and an understanding of fan culture is strongly preferred.
