Applications that don't show real proof of the work get archived. If you're patient and want to be on our radar when the door opens, send us your strongest application. This role requires a self-directed operator who builds systems, not someone who follows checklists - You do not have verifiable proof of results. Links, screenshots, and data are required, not optional - You are not comfortable working in a fast-moving, faith-based organization where the mission shapes every decision NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS - Portfolio of social accounts grown with verifiable proof (analytics screenshots, case studies, or live links) - 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience focused specifically on social media growth - Expert-level storytelling ability for viral platforms: hooks, pacing, and platform-specific formats - Expert-level analytics skills across platform-native tools and third-party software - Demonstrated experience building funnels from social audiences into owned channels (email, community, app) - Proficiency in ClickUp, Google Drive, social analytics platforms, video editing software, and AI tools COMPENSATION Starting at $4,000-$7,000/month depending on experience. If you are an A-player with proven results, we pay accordingly. HOW TO APPLY Please follow all the steps on the application page. Include undeniable proof that you have deep knowledge of the internet. Show us proof that you have grown pages past 100,000 followers and have made viral content before. If your experience is not made clear in your application, we will pass over it quickly. OUR CORE VALUES 1. Keep God First - We focus on the gospel and how it can impact peoples’ lives. 2. Radical Accountability - We own outcomes, not intentions. You come with solutions, not problems. 3. Move with Urgency & Discipline - We act quickly on the most impactful tasks for the business.
