Establish clear expectations for forum structure, storyline, evidence, decision points, trade-offs, and follow-through so executive discussions are oriented toward choices and measurable outcomes rather than status reporting.
Partner with portfolio leaders to strengthen executive narratives and leadership-ready materials, including the strategic choices, supporting evidence, and decisions required.
Assess the effectiveness of Technology Portfolio Reviews and evolve the cadence and content as product management maturity grows.
MBR, QBR, and Product Operating Rhythms

Automate recurring preparation activities such as data aggregation, synthesis of performance information, identification of trends and risks, narrative drafting, and presentation development.
Partner with Technology, AI, Data, and Product Operations teams to improve access to reliable product, portfolio, financial, and performance information used in leadership forums.
