WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4–6 years of general ledger or corporate accounting experience, ideally including time at a high-growth technology or SaaS company; public accounting experience a plus. - Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting, including prepaid and capitalization policy. - Hands-on experience owning month-end close tasks, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations. - Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany, and foreign currency a plus. - Strong systems orientation, including experience with ERPs such as NetSuite; familiarity with spend management platforms such as Ramp a plus. - Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build clean, auditable schedules. - Experience supporting external audits and preparing clear supporting documentation. - Exposure to SOX readiness, internal controls documentation, or an ERP implementation or chart-of-accounts redesign a plus. - Strong communication skills and comfort asking questions early and partnering across teams. - Comfortable working in an environment with rapidly evolving systems and changing business requirements. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
