Job description
About the Team
The Partner Marketing Team is a strategic marketing function within Global Business Marketing (GBM) responsible for accelerating TikTok's growth through its ecosystem of advertising technology, creative, creator, measurement and commerce partners. We develop global partner marketing strategies and scalable programs that enable partners to extend TikTok's reach and impact, helping advertisers adopt priority products, expand TikTok expertise across the industry, acquire new customers, and amplify TikTok's products, value, and vision at scale.
About the Role
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will define global partner marketing strategy while also leading execution across both Global and North American markets. Working across TikTok's ecosystem of advertising technology, creative, creator, commerce, and measurement partners, you will develop scalable marketing programs that accelerate product adoption, generate demand and strengthen TikTok's leadership within the advertising industry. You will work closely with Product Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, B2B Marketing, Communications, and regional marketing teams to build repeatable programs that can be adopted globally while driving execution across North America.
Success in this role requires equal strengths in strategy and execution. You will identify opportunities to leverage the partner ecosystem to accelerate business growth, influence stakeholders across global teams, and build integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable commercial impact. As the global strategy owner, you will also establish scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that enable regional teams to execute consistently around the world.

- Partner closely with Product Partnerships to develop joint go-to-market strategies with priority partners.
- Develop partner-led marketing programs that leverage partner ecosystems, customer relationships, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to accelerate product adoption and advertiser growth.
- Build integrated partner marketing programs - including co-marketing campaigns, executive engagement, customer events, webinars, industry activations, thought leadership, digital campaigns, and sales enablement - that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of TikTok solutions.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage partners' platforms, communities, sales organizations, and customer relationships to expand TikTok's market presence and drive measurable business growth.
- Lead partner marketing strategy for flagship TikTok-owned events, partner activations, and major industry moments, ensuring programs align to clear business objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, Sales, and other marketing teams to amplify product launches, customer success stories, research, thought leadership, and strategic initiatives through partner channels.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic partners, identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration through innovative marketing programs and joint business initiatives.
- Partner with regional marketing teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM to share best practices, support localization, and scale successful partner marketing programs globally.
- Develop measurement frameworks and success metrics for partner marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize investment, demonstrate business impact, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Gather advertiser, partner, and market insights to help shape future product marketing strategies, partnership priorities, and global go-to-market initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
