Working closely with internal stakeholders and outside counsel, this Paralegal helps ensure complex transactions and related legal processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements. THE PERSON: You are a highly organized, detail-oriented real estate professional with strong project-management skills and experience supporting sophisticated, document-intensive transactions. You demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, and critical thinking; communicate clearly; collaborate effectively across functions; and proactively manage multiple matters, deadlines, and stakeholders while protecting AMD’s interests. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: • Substantial paralegal experience supporting sophisticated commercial real estate matters in an in-house legal department, top-tier law firm, or a combination of both. • Demonstrated experience with commercial leasing and real estate finance transactions, including SNDAs, estoppel certificates, and landlord-tenant matters. • Strong foundation in traditional real estate due diligence, including title and survey review and familiarity with zoning, land-use, and entitlement matters. • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Proven ability to manage large, complex transactions and extensive document sets while maintaining accurate records and coordinating multiple parties and workstreams. • High integrity, professionalism, sound ethics, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
