Job Role – Lead AI/ML + Full-Stack Engineer Location – Remote (Comfortable to work in Eastern time) Contract - 6+ Months Experience Range – 8 – 14 years Pay Rate - $55-$60.00 per hour on W2 Client - BCG (Kindly do not post it or let the candidate know in initial stage the client's name) Interview - 2 -3 internal(Nagarro) Note - Focus on candidates who has -- Prior Consulting Company Experience Must have Skills : React (Expert), Python (Expert), LLM Application Frameworks (Strong), RAG Workflow (Strong), Agentic AI, Job Description : • We are looking for a Lead AI/ML + Full-Stack Engineer with 8+ years of software engineering experience, including strong hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI. • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern front-end/back-end frameworks, with experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade applications. • The role requires strong technical leadership, architecture and system design skills, and the ability to guide engineering teams while establishing high-quality, reusable development practices.
