SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • A small team of product managers EXPERIENCE: • 10+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, or a related discipline, with a record of leading complex, technology-enabled products. • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and developing Product Managers or comparable product talent. • Demonstrated ownership of product strategy and roadmaps across multiple products, platforms, or significant cross-functional initiatives. • Experience bringing AI, machine-learning, generative AI, conversational, search, knowledge, automation, or data-driven products to market or enterprise adoption. • Experience partnering with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data products, and enterprise systems. • Strong fluency in product discovery, user research, analytics, experimentation, agile delivery, prioritization, and outcome measurement. • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills, including the ability to make complex technical topics accessible and actionable. • Strong judgment in managing product risk, privacy, security, and responsible-AI considerations. • Proven ability to lead effectively in a remote, distributed, and highly cross-functional environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience leading enterprise AI platforms, internal AI assistants, knowledge/search experiences, or AI-enabled workflow products. • Familiarity with AI product patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, prompt and response design, AI quality measurement, and observability.
