Escalate issues with supporting facts, business impact, options, recommendations, and required decisions. • Deliver concise, transparent, and decision-oriented executive and client reporting covering progress, risks, customer impact, recovery actions, and leadership requirements. • Build client confidence through proactive stakeholder engagement, realistic expectations, timely issue resolution, and visible leadership during workshops, executive reviews, readiness events, and cutovers. • Ensure successful transition to operations through complete documentation, formal acceptance, knowledge transfer, monitoring, recovery planning, support ownership, and defined stabilization criteria. Required Experience and Qualifications • 15+ years of progressive technology delivery experience, including senior accountability for large, complex, multi-tower infrastructure programs. • Hands-on leadership of at least one corporate divestiture, carve-out, separation, or M&A integration involving significant infrastructure transition and operational continuity risks. • Demonstrated success leading or recovering programs involving executive escalations, unclear ownership, interdependent workstreams, compressed timelines, and significant customer scrutiny. • Strong experience developing integrated plans and critical paths across infrastructure towers and site migrations, including discovery, design, build, testing, readiness, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization. • Working knowledge of Hosting and Cloud, Networks, IAM, SSO, Endpoint, Cybersecurity, M365 and Collaboration, Data Center, Backup and Recovery, Monitoring, ITSM, CMDB, Service Desk, and SIAM. • Proven expertise in SOW development and interpretation, deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria, change control, financial management, budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource optimization. • Ability to connect technical dependencies with customer impact, business continuity, schedules, costs, contractual exposure, and executive decisions. • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex issues, communicate difficult facts constructively, and present clear options and recommendations. • Experience working with senior IT leadership, steering committees, architects, delivery executives, customer leaders, vendors, and third-party advisors. • Ability to travel periodically to customer and delivery locations for critical workshops, readiness reviews, and cutovers. • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in manufacturing, global site migration, or large-scale workplace transformation. • Advanced degree or relevant program management certification. Leadership Profile • Delivery focused, with personal accountability for execution, issue resolution, and completion. • Technically credible, with the ability to challenge infrastructure plans, identify risks, and connect decisions across technology towers. • Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of scope, contractual commitments, costs, risks, change control, and delivery execution. • Executive ready, with concise communication, sound judgment, and clear recommendations. • Integrative and decisive, able to resolve ambiguity, connect workstream activities to program outcomes, and drive timely decisions. • Recovery minded, capable of diagnosing systemic delivery problems, implementing practical controls, and translating recovery commitments into measurable outcomes. • Composed under pressure, maintaining credibility and sound judgment during escalations, major cutovers, and customer-critical events. • Transparent and customer oriented, building trust through realistic commitments, early risk visibility, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through. • Hands-on yet scalable, willing to engage in technical and delivery details while establishing governance and accountability across the program.
