What We Are Looking For • Three or more years of experience in client onboarding, software implementation, project coordination, customer success, facilities operations, or a similar client-facing role. • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies. • Strong organizational skills and close attention to data accuracy. • Confidence leading client meetings, asking detailed questions, and documenting decisions. • Ability to explain software and operational processes clearly to different types of users. • Comfort working with spreadsheets, data imports, business software, and web-based platforms. • Sound judgment when requirements are incomplete or conflicting. • Ability to manage several client implementations without losing track of details. • Experience with facility management, CMMS, work order, property management, CRM, or implementation software is helpful. • Experience cleaning or validating Excel and CSV data is helpful. • You must currently reside in Florida and be able to travel within the state occasionally for client launches or training. A college degree is not required. Relevant experience, judgment, communication skills, and follow-through matter most.
