The ideal candidate must be a strong hands-on developer who is comfortable coding, designing solutions, leading developers, and interacting directly with clients and business stakeholders. The candidate should have excellent communication and client-facing skills and be able to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, drive architecture/design discussions, and work closely with the development team through implementation.
