Job Description • Maintain IT infrastructure to support reliable day-to-day business operations. • Monitor system performance and address infrastructure issues to reduce downtime. • Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system problems and restore service promptly. • Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components based on business needs. • Manage routine system updates and maintenance activities to keep technology current. • Document infrastructure configurations, issues, and resolutions for clear technical records. • Work with Technology team members to resolve technical requests and improve service continuity. The Successful Applicant A successful IT Infrastructure Specialist should have: • Experience maintaining IT infrastructure in a business environment. • Experience troubleshooting hardware, network, and system issues. • Ability to install and configure infrastructure components. • Knowledge of system monitoring and routine maintenance activities. • Ability to document technical configurations and issue resolutions clearly. • Ability to work with Technology team members on technical requests.
