The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly accountable, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple programs and logistics streams at once. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in field or event marketing at a high-growth B2B company, or hospitality industry • Proven ability to plan and execute events end to end, including venue coordination, vendor management, registration, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up. • Comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams to support outreach, prospecting, and pipeline initiatives. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously. • Comfortable managing shipments, show services, AV coordination, swag, branded materials, and onsite logistics. • Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional work across sales, marketing, product, design, and leadership. • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly. • Able to operate with autonomy and accountability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Willingness to travel across the US and work onsite during event setup, execution, and teardown. • Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes or event materials up to 40 lbs as part of shipping, setup, and teardown responsibilities.
