complex pricing volumes are developed by a dedicated pricing function, and this position supports rather than leads that effort • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and multi-tab financial models Preferred Qualifications: • Unanet experience is strongly preferred , particularly hands-on use of Unanet for project accounting, timekeeping, and program financial reporting • Experience administering or supporting subcontractor timekeeping within an enterprise accounting system • Experience supporting proposal efforts through the development of staffing, level of effort, or basis of estimate inputs • Experience supporting a growing IDIQ or multiple-award contract portfolio, including task order intake and onboarding • Experience supporting joint venture structures, including mentor-protégé arrangements • Familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau Skills and Abilities: • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop financial models from incomplete information and articulate the assumptions supporting them • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple task orders and maintain accuracy under recurring deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial impact to non-financial program leadership and to follow up professionally with subcontractor and partner personnel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial modeling, reporting, and invoice review • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage recurring monthly reporting cycles alongside ad hoc analysis requests • Process orientation, with a demonstrated ability to build repeatable procedures in a growing environment rather than relying on manual workarounds • Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively with program management, accounting, contracts, and pricing personnel • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive financial, contractual, and personnel information Work Environment: This is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, VA, with a combination of onsite and remote work.
