Interaction & Visual Design: Create high-quality interaction patterns and visual designs that align with brand and system standards. Move fluidly from low-fidelity concepts to polished, production-ready UI. AI-Powered Experience Design: Actively design AI-driven experiences such as intelligent recommendations, automation, and contextual assistance. Understand how to integrate AI in a way that is useful, usable, and trustworthy for users. AI-Integrated Workflow: Leverage AI tools to accelerate your design process—from ideation and research to prototyping and iteration—while maintaining a high bar for quality and critical thinking. Cross-Team Collaboration (Critical): Work effectively across the GxD organization and multiple partner teams, including different business units and engineering groups. Navigate varying perspectives, align stakeholders, and drive toward cohesive, platform-level solutions while advocating for the end user.
