Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager - Yardi Support to join our Client's team. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through delivery within the DigitalONE IT PMO. This role requires expertise in managing software and technology implementations, strong business and technology partnerships and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. What you’ll do Lead complex IT projects that require strong collaboration and communication between teamsBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and deliverables.Align with overall DigitalONE IT PMO guidelines and operating modelsCreate and present weekly project status reports with clear, concise updates for executive, business and technical audiences, track milestones, and progressDevelop and maintain project plans, KBDs, project chartersDistribute meeting minutes and meeting recapsContribute to a centralized Decisions and RAIDS logIdentify, monitor, and escalate risks, develop mitigation plans and resolve issues quicklyCalendar and facilitate joint planning sessions, workshops and regular status reviews to keep teams aligned Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience:Minimum of 6 years of IT project management experience managing complex IT projectsProficiency with project management tools, e.g., MS Project, Jira, SmartsheetExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills for technical and executive audiencesAdvanced communication (verbal and written) and influencing skills for executive, business, and technical audiencesAbility to lead under pressure Preferred Qualifications: PPM certification is a plusExperience managing multiple related projects or a portfolio of initiatives Security Clearance Required: N/A Blackstone Talent Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of Blackstone Technology Group, a global IT services and software firm that implements technological solutions across commercial industry verticals and the US Federal Government.
