Help architect the next generation of agentic experiences inside Infor applications! As a Senior Architect, you will shape scalable enterprise architecture across Java-based services and modern web experiences, define reusable patterns for AI-powered workflows, and partner globally to turn LLM and autonomous-agent capabilities into secure, high-performing product experiences.
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
• Defining the target architecture for agentic services built on Java and Spring Boot and on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, EKS), including the LLM provider APIs and tool-use protocols (such as the Anthropic Claude API and MCP) and the web front ends that consume them
• Staying hands-on: personally writing and reviewing code and designs, and prototyping hard problems directly, to remain close enough to the codebase to make credible architecture calls
• Designing architecture for highly scalable, secure, and performance-focused enterprise systems supporting agentic experiences
• Leading the technical direction of front-end and back-end solutions that enable adaptive and dynamically generated user experiences
• Developing and guiding distributed systems and microservices using enterprise-grade development practices
• Collaborating across multiple teams to define and implement solutions involving AI agents, LLM-based capabilities, and cloud services
• Architecting web applications that leverage modern front-end frameworks and enterprise back-end technologies
• Driving cloud-native implementation patterns using AWS and containerized technologies
• Evaluating and incorporating emerging AI-assisted development approaches into software delivery practices
Basic Qualifications:
• Deep, demonstrated experience architecting distributed, cloud-native systems in production at scale — this is the primary gate.
• Hands-on experience using an AI coding tool in daily development work (e.g., Claude Code, AWS Kiro, OpenAI Codex, or a comparable AI-assisted coding tool).
• Experience with Java and Python
• Experience with Angular or Typescript
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience using AWS
• Exposure to an agentic framework (i.e. Spring AI, LangChain 4j, LangGraph, LangChain, or similar)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience architecting systems with explicit governance, auditability, or explainability requirements
• Familiarity with the Anthropic Claude API and Model Context Protocol (MCP), or an equivalent LLM provider API and tool-use protocol
• Experience building UX frameworks, component libraries, or design systems used across engineering teams
• Experience designing schema-driven or metadata-driven user interface systems
