• Team and provider leadership: Guide a small internal team, manage MSPs and vendors, prioritize work, and remain accountable for delivery.
• Enterprise/site partnership: Work closely with our Industrial & Site Technology lead on Matador connectivity, shared infrastructure standards, construction-to-commissioning requirements, and operational handoffs.
• Working style: Comfortable building in an evolving environment, contributing across functional boundaries, and moving between technical execution and discussions with the CTO and business stakeholders.
