Must-Haves • 7+ years of professional software development experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE . • Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications . • Strong understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java. • Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise-level backend applications. • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and application performance optimization. Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java/J2EE applications. • Build and enhance scalable microservices-based solutions. • Implement multithreaded applications to support performance and concurrent processing. • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance and reliability. • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders. • Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and Agile development activities. Nice-to-Haves • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework. • RESTful API development and integration. • Experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate. • Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ. • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. • Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization technologies such as AWS, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes.
