Job description

• Min 7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing • Proven hands-on experience testing SAP Commerce Cloud • Strong experience validating commerce-specific workflows such as catalog, search, cart, checkout, pricing, promotions, and order flows • Strong hands-on experience in manual testing, including test planning, test design, test execution, regression testing, defect management, and end-to-end functional validation • Hands-on experience with Playwright with Java for functional UI automation • Experience with web application testing in enterprise environments • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle • Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into structured, traceable test scenarios and test cases • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Preferred Qualifications • Experience with WalkMe testing or digital adoption platform validation • Exposure to HCM systems, workflows, or platforms • Exposure to using AI in testing such as Cline or other AI assisted workflows • Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or similar • Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow (SNOW) • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution in release processes • Experience testing integrations across multiple enterprise systems
