Job description
Yotpo is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce. With AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty solutions, we help brands turn browsers into customers and customers into advocates. Through deep integrations across the eCommerce ecosystem and the trust of over 30,000 global brands, Yotpo delivers seamless omnichannel experiences that increase conversion, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable, long-term growth. We’re looking for our first Customer Success Manager dedicated to Yotpo Discover—a strategic, hands-on operator who’s excited to help define what great looks like. This is a unique opportunity to join a new product at an early stage and build the Customer Success motion from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with Product and Sales while acting as a trusted advisor to eCommerce brands, helping them understand and improve how they appear across modern, AI-driven discovery experiences.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience across SEO, AEO, organic growth, or digital strategy, ideally with an agency or consultancy background. You bring hands-on SEO expertise, experience advising clients on search strategy, and a track record of translating insights into actionable recommendations that drive customer outcomes. You thrive in ambiguity and can translate technical concepts into clear, actionable business value.
You’ll own customer relationships end-to-end—from post-onboarding through renewal—while shaping playbooks, success frameworks, and feedback loops that will scale alongside Discover.

Partner deeply with Product to shape roadmap direction through structured customer feedback, use cases, and validation sessions.
Lead strategic QBRs and executive-level conversations that align customer goals with Build strong, multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations—from day-to-day operators to C-suite stakeholders.
Proactively track adoption and performance, identifying risk early and leading resolution strategies when challenges arise.
About You
3+ years of experience in SEO, AEO, organic search, or digital strategy, ideally within an SEO agency, digital marketing agency, or consultancy.
A strong understanding of SEO/AEO strategy, technical audits, organic search performance, content optimization, and identifying opportunities to improve brand visibility. Experience advising clients on SEO/AEO strategy and execution is strongly preferred.
Experience managing client relationships, presenting strategic recommendations, and translating complex search insights into actionable plans that drive measurable results.
A genuine interest in how AI-powered search, LLMs, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) are changing the discovery landscape. Hands-on AEO/GEO experience is a plus.
Able to explain complex SEO and AI-driven discovery concepts clearly, build credibility with clients, and present recommendations to stakeholders at different levels.
Naturally curious and consultative, with the ability to dig into a challenge, uncover opportunities, and recommend practical solutions.
Excited to work in an evolving space, learn quickly, and help shape best practices for a new product and emerging category.
If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, that’s okay! We believe in hiring people, not just skills. If you have a passion to learn and are excited about eCommerce and technology, then we want to hear from you.
