Use campaign and population data to identify opportunities, recommend tests, evaluate performance, and improve future campaign strategies. What success looks like: Establish trusted partnerships with Client Managers and become a go-to advisor for client and member communications. Create a clear, repeatable approach for developing client-specific engagement strategies. Improve the quality, consistency, and strategic value of recommendations presented to clients. Demonstrate measurable progress against agreed-upon engagement outcomes and use learnings to inform future recommendations. Help the Member Engagement Marketing team operate more proactively and strategically, with less reliance on one-off, reactive support. What you bring/ Requirements: 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, member engagement, client strategy, integrated marketing, or a related field. Strong strategic consulting skills, with the ability to understand a business need, identify the underlying opportunity, and recommend a focused path forward. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make complex ideas clear and persuasive for both internal and external audiences. Comfort using data and performance insights to make recommendations, prioritize opportunities, and improve campaign effectiveness.
