Key Responsibilities
• Lead deployment, performance, and reliability of AI agents in high-stakes healthcare settings.
• Architect and expand full-stack systems interfacing with healthcare records, legacy platforms, and real-time voice systems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineering staff, establishing standards for code quality, testing, security, and HIPAA compliance.
• Identify systemic workflow challenges and propose technical solutions aligned with product roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and scaling reliable production systems.
• Full-stack expertise with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL, with strong system design instincts.
• High ownership mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity, and accountable for outcomes.
• Proven mentorship and leadership capabilities, with excellent communication of technical decisions.
• Passion for managing complex, end-to-end systems under real-world constraints and working closely with clients and teams.
