Job description

Who We Are: Delve Deeper is a performance media agency dedicated to helping clients grow their customer base by integrating the power of tech and data into media. We operate as one high-functioning team, driven by our professional “Fire in the Belly,” and a shared passion for delivering exceptional value. Our focus: delighting clients and creating an engaging, growth-focused environment for our team. We offer services across digital marketing management, first-party data science and consulting, and adtech/martech systems integration and reselling—at a global scale. Our strength lies in connecting the dots between data, technology, and media. We help our clients identify their superfans, deterministically find more of them, and convert them online in the most efficient way possible. Delve Deeper has been recognized as one of Built In Colorado’s “Best Places to Work” for four consecutive years. As a privately owned company, we move quickly and purposefully, avoiding red tape and paving a clear path for passionate professionals. Who You Are: You are a client-focused technical expert who enjoys translating complex advertising technology into practical solutions and measurable value. You are naturally curious, analytical, and comfortable digging into platforms, troubleshooting issues, and designing solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. You build trust easily with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can communicate complicated concepts in a clear, approachable way. You are proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities without losing sight of the details. Above all, you are motivated by helping clients adopt technology successfully, solve meaningful challenges, and get more value from their partnership with Delve Deeper. You encompass the desire to understand how technology works and how you can use it to add value, bring challenges, with many chances to learn new tools and design custom solutions to help shape an ever-changing industry. Working with a mix of brand and agency clients you will identify opportunities for account growth, promote technology adoption, and lead customer satisfaction. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert across partner platforms (DV360, CM360, SA360, Amazon DSP, TTD, and other emerging tech) to guide clients on platform architecture, feature adoption, and performance optimization. Diagnose and resolve complex technical blockers, serving as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and platform vendor support (e.g., Google, Amazon) for bug escalations and integrations. Partner with Partner Managers on QBRs and strategic account planning to uncover commercial opportunities for Delve’s broader technology stack and service offerings. Develop tailored implementation playbooks, solution guides, and interactive training sessions (webinars/workshops) to upskill clients from beginner to advanced levels. Track platform updates, product roadmaps, and beta features to proactively communicate relevant opportunities and best practices to internal and external stakeholders. Monitor account technical health and usage metrics to identify churn risks and ensure long-term value realization across client tech stacks. Mentor interns and junior technical specialists on platform mechanics, troubleshooting frameworks, and client communication best practices. Organize and maintain internal knowledge bases, client tech profiles, vendor documentation, and project tracking systems to drive operational efficiency. What You Bring: 5+ years experience with client-facing responsibilities (account management, weekly calls, reports/dashboards, presenting reports, etc.). 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing, managing, or using Google Marketing Platform tools (DV360, SA360, CM360, GA) and others (Amazon DSP / Adform). 3–5 years of experience in the media / digital marketing / technology industry.
