We are a fully remote company spanning five continents, and we foster a dynamic, progressive global work environment that values creativity, initiative, and continuous learning. We're seeking passionate, data-driven individuals who thrive in a high-performance environment and are eager to contribute to our innovative company culture, underpinned by a consistent pursuit of excellence, integrity, and teamwork. Our global team comes together biannually for international retreats and summits . These are typically held for a week at a new location each time, providing opportunities to share ideas, collaborate in person, and strengthen our culture, all while learning firsthand about the destinations we serve. These events embody our commitment to both professional growth and the transformative power of travel. Join us in shaping the future of luxury travel while working towards our vision—creating a more connected humanity through travel. To learn more, visit zicasso.com . The Role The Trip Request conversion flow is the most important product flow of our product. We are looking for a data-driven, growth-oriented Senior Product Manager with experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) . Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be the primary driver of growth across our entire conversion funnel . You will lead agile squads, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to turn traveler insights into high-impact experiments. Your mission is to optimize the "discovery-to-request" journey, ensuring our site reflects our premium brand while maximizing conversion. Key Responsibilities • Strategy & Execution: Own the execution of the 2026 CRO roadmap. You will be responsible for defining our optimization vision, strategy and roadmap. You will drive a team in a fast-paced environment to launch, adjust, pivot, or scale experiments based on real-time A/B test results. • Squad Leadership: Serve as the product lead for two squads— both focused in Web CRO for different portions of the same user journey. • Data Synthesis: Partner with our Data Team to define tracking requirements, analyze A/B test performance, and build visualization reports in Tableau. • Collaborative Design: Work closely with Product Designers to bridge the gap between qualitative research and quantitative data, ensuring every experiment is both user-centric and business-aligned. • Stakeholder Synergy: Align with Marketing on content and performance marketing initiatives and coordinate with other product areas (Zicasso’s Platforms for Travelers, Partners and Customer Care Team) to ensure seamless data flow across our ecosystem. Required Skills and Experience • 6-10 years of experience in Product Management • Growth Experience: You have a proven track record of driving results through experience and flow optimizations. You are an expert in A/B testing and experimentation. You have an eye for design and understand how product content, page and interaction design can affect conversion. You are data-driven, hypotheses-driven and make data-informed decisions. • AI-Forward Thinker: You are excited about using LLMs and AI-driven personalization to create a more "human" and tailored experience for our travelers. You likely already use AI tools to accelerate your own product workflow. • Analytical & Technical: You are fluent in GA4 and Tableau (or similar tools like PowerBI) to extract insights of user behaviors and product directions. While you don’t code, you speak the language of engineers, understand technical constraints, and can navigate data structures. • Luxury & Business Mindset: You have a background in Business or Tech and understand that for a luxury brand, "conversion" must feel like an invitation, never a transaction. You protect the brand’s prestige while always optimizing for growth. • Expertise in Jira for backlog management. • English Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. • Timezone Alignment: Availability to work until 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time). Preferred Skills and Experience • Experience in the Travel-Tech or Luxury Customer-facing industries. • Professional experience in a multicultural or international environment. What We Offer: • Remote work from your home base and flexible hours that allow you to enjoy a great work-life balance • Innovative, fast-paced and collaborative culture that values diverse voices and opinions • Competitive compensation and benefits package (medical, dental, vision) • Open Paid Time Off policy and 10 days of company-paid holidays • Stock options package • 401K retirement plan with employer matching • Substantially discounted luxury travel during off-season • Learning and development annual stipend • Enjoy two company-sponsored business trips each year at international destinations we serve! Our Commitment to Candidates Zicasso is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Applicable to all locations, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local law. We provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities; if you need an accommodation to participate in the application process, please contact careers@zicasso.com. At Zicasso, we value a highly personalized recruitment journey. For recruiting purposes, we may use AI tools to review, transcribe, and record application materials and interviews, but this is always under human review and judgment. All final hiring determinations are made exclusively by our hiring teams.
