Job description

About Point Foundation Point Foundation is the nation's largest scholarship-granting organization for LGBTQ+ and ally students, supporting 1,250 scholars in the 2026–27 academic year. Position Overview Point Foundation seeks a visionary, results-driven Director of Marketing & Communications to dramatically elevate the organization's national profile and public presence. This is a strategic leadership role for a builder — someone who combines bold thinking with hands-on execution and can cut through a crowded media landscape to make Point Foundation's voice heard. Elevating national awareness of Point's mission and impact is a top organizational priority — and so is deepening relationships with existing and prospective donors through compelling storytelling that brings Point's scholars, alumni, and work to life. The Director will be the architect and driver of both. Collaborate for Scale & Growth: Clarifies roles and handoffs, shares information transparently, commits to decisions once made, and designs sustainable, repeatable systems over "boutique" solutions.
