Job description

Our mission is clear and staggeringly important: we're building the manufacturing operating system of the future from the ground up, one that’s engineered to create network effects as we grow. A beautiful, sophisticated quantum leap forward for the most important core industry in the world. Manufacturing is important. It’s the fundamental industry on which everything else is built. We take it for granted. In 1989, 35% of the entire software industry was manufacturing systems. What was the first massive burst in productivity from technology has stagnated into diminishing returns and increasing complexity. We can only continue to add complexity for so much longer until the whole system collapses. "Any intelligent fool can make things bigger and more complex. It takes a touch of genius and a lot of courage to move in the opposite direction." - Albert Einstein We value talent over experience We place the team above the individual We want to build really elegant things that actually help our customers We are practical perfectionists Who you are Curious, resilient, and hungry to learn Empathetic — you deeply understand people and what motivates them Competitive and disciplined, with above-average grit Comfortable hearing “no” and rebounding quickly Energized by goals, metrics, and personal growth Clear, adaptable communicator who can tailor a message to different audiences Detail-oriented and thoughtful about how you approach your work Restless in the best way — always pushing to get better Open to coaching and eager to apply feedback Motivated by impact over ego — team wins matter more than individual credit What the job is Research and deeply understand manufacturers, their challenges, and motivations Prospect into new accounts through outbound and inbound channels Craft thoughtful, compelling outreach tailored to different audiences Qualify leads and generate high-quality opportunities for Account Executives Work closely with Account Executives to align on messaging and strategy Partner with Marketing to test, refine, and improve campaigns Aggressively learn new industries, skills, and product knowledge Track and manage your pipeline with discipline and accuracy Relentlessly pursue your targets while maintaining high-quality standards Demand personal growth from yourself and raise your own bar over time This role rewards consistency, curiosity, and resilience.
