Requirements • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of professional experience in software development across backend and frontend, with a track record of leading technical topics. • Strong backend experience with Java and/or Kotlin and Spring Boot, or with Node.js and TypeScript. • Strong experience with React and TypeScript, including modern state management (e.g. Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query); experience with design systems or micro-frontends is a plus. • Deep understanding of distributed systems, API design and software architecture. • Solid experience with relational (e.g. PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases. • Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, NATS or RabbitMQ. • Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes, CI/CD and production observability. • Good knowledge of security best practices for backend and web applications. • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and a clear view on how to use them responsibly in a team. • Experience mentoring engineers and working in agile teams.
