At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!
This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
We are a diverse team of collaborators, doers, and problem- solvers who are relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. Join us in lowering the cost of access to space and enabling Blue Origin’s vision of millions of people living and working in space to benefit Earth.
The best kept secret in space exploration is the impact of marine assets and the use of one of earth’s most abundant resources, it’s oceans. The maritime industry has been paramount in the exploration of space since its early development. Hardware and manned capsules have landed in the ocean with marine crews recovering hardware and astronauts since the early days of human spaceflight. As the commercial space industry expands and iterates on reusability to lower the cost of access to space, the importance of marine assets and the crews that operate those assets has never been more paramount. At Blue Origin, we are building a world class team that pushes the boundaries in space hardware recovery operations and delivers the simplest and best solutions to some of humanity’s most difficult problems. If you have the ambition, drive, determination, and skillset to change the world, we are looking to give you the platform to do so!
As part of a dedicated team, committed to pushing the boundaries of launch and recovery, you will support operations dedicated to at-sea space hardware recovery. This position will directly impact the history of space exploration and will require your dedicated commitment and detailed attention towards safe and reliable space hardware recovery operations.
