We are seeking an Executive Creative Director (Managing Director) to set and steward the creative vision for Ready Set Rocket. This leader will turn complex client challenges and ambitious ideas into compelling stories, distinctive creative platforms, and integrated work that resonates with audiences, drives meaningful outcomes, and earns industry recognition.
This is a true executive creative leadership role for someone who has spent years leading both copy and design while bringing particular strength in conceptual thinking, narrative development, and the ability to uncover the human story at the center of the work. The ECD will oversee creative across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences, ensuring every execution is connected to a clear idea and a strong, cohesive story.
The ECD will operate as both a senior creative leader and business partner, shaping the creative organization, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and using creativity to deepen impact, differentiate RSR, and drive commercial growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can inspire teams, strengthen ideas and storytelling, build and present persuasive creative narratives, command client rooms, and bring creative, strategy, production, media, and delivery together around a shared vision.
Your Impact
• Set and elevate RSR's creative vision, establishing a clear point of view on what makes an idea compelling, culturally relevant, and worthy of an audience’s attention.
• Champion concept and storytelling across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences, ensuring the work has both emotional depth and measurable impact.
• Lead and develop copy and design leadership, setting a consistently high creative bar while giving discipline leads the clarity, direction, and support to produce their strongest work.
• Turn complex, technical, or institutional subject matter into accessible and compelling stories that connect with people and inspire action.
• Shape persuasive creative narratives and presentations that bring ideas to life, build client confidence, and create momentum around ambitious work.
• Use creativity as a growth lever by expanding client scopes, strengthening senior-level partnerships, and supporting new business wins.
• Lead the Creative Department as a business unit, setting standards, shaping team structure, developing creative talent, and ensuring sustainable delivery and financial performance.
• Strengthen RSR's position within Sia by demonstrating how powerful ideas and storytelling amplify consulting, strategy, and end-to-end client impact.
What Success Looks Like
• RSR produces distinctive, idea-led work with clear storytelling, strong craft, and the ability to create meaningful emotional, cultural, or behavioral impact.
• Creative work maintains a premium and cohesive standard across copy and design while performing effectively across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences.
• Clients view creative leadership as a trusted strategic partner and rely on your perspective to shape the story, idea, and direction behind their most important work.
• Creative concepts are presented with clarity and conviction, helping clients understand not only what the idea is, but why it matters and how it can connect with audiences.
• RSR earns meaningful industry recognition, including Cannes Lions, Webbys, Clios, and other awards that reflect the strength of the idea, storytelling, and impact of the work.
• Creative teams operate with clarity, accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration, retaining top talent and developing future creative leaders.
