Job description

📌 ABOUT ALPACA HEALTH Alpaca Health enables clinicians to become entrepreneurs, starting in autism care. We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. Our goal is simple: shift power in healthcare away from large consolidated entities and back to clinicians. We've raised over $14M in funding from early-stage investors like Core Innovation Capital, Adverb Ventures, and South Park Commons, and are building for long-term category leadership. More importantly, we're serving hundreds of patients, while growing 30% MoM. This role is full-time. We’re looking for candidates based in our core territory and open to 5 days in the field. 🎯 ROLE: REFERRAL PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER We actively generate patient leads through community outreach and local partnerships. As a Referral Partnerships Manager, you primary goal will be to grow patient referrals to Alpaca Health by establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare provider partners. These partners include primary care physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals who refer their patients to us for ABA therapy or autism diagnosis. 🚧 WHAT YOU’LL DO The Provider Partnerships Manager will be the face of Alpaca Health in the field—building, nurturing, and expanding referral relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, and community organizations to ensure a steady pipeline of well-matched client referrals for our partner providers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, understands the importance of trust in healthcare referrals, and has the energy to be out in the community most of the week. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of building relationships with Alpaca Health's provider partners. While creativity is strongly encouraged in tailoring your engagement strategies, core responsibilities include: - Spotting Opportunities: Identify new provider partner leads via proactive research and prospecting. - Connecting & Converting: Reach out to leads and activate them as referral partners. - Fostering & Strengthening Relationships: Continuously nurture existing partnerships through regular in-person visits, emails, and other thoughtful interactions. 🧠 WHO YOU ARE - You are extremely ambitious and want to build something meaningful at high velocity. - You are comfortable working harder and moving faster than most people. - You thrive in environments with little structure and high accountability. - You love being in the field—meeting people, building trust, and becoming a go-to partner for providers in your market. - You’re naturally relationship-driven and know how to nurture partners over time through consistent, thoughtful touchpoints. - You treat partnerships like a pipeline—tracking interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes with discipline. - You use data to guide where you spend time and how you deepen relationships. - You’re creative in how you engage partners—events, drop-ins, content, and personalized outreach. - You take ownership of your market and are motivated to turn relationships into sustained referral growth. 🚀 WHY JOIN - Direct exposure to company-building at an early stage. - Real ownership of critical initiatives from day one. - The opportunity to materially impact families and clinicians. - A fast learning curve that few roles can match. - Strong compensation package 💵 Competitive salary 📈 Meaningful equity 🏥 Health benefits 🏖️ Flexible PTO
