Job description
Choosing Capgemini means choosing a company where you will be empowered to shape your career in the way you’d like, where you’ll be supported and inspired by a collaborative community of colleagues around the world, and where you’ll be able to reimagine what’s possible. Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.
About the Job You’re Considering
As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design — augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are not only strong problem solvers, but who are excited to work differently in an AI-first world: curious, adaptable, and ready to help clients reimagine how work gets done.
You’ll join the Business Technology (BT) team, whose mission is to align directly with the CIO agenda and help organizations shape large-scale technology transformations. BT focuses on strategy-led work supporting clients as they make major enterprise technology investments and define multi-year transformation roadmaps.
The work is centered on platform strategy, IT and AI operating models, and enterprise transformation-projects that are often board-facing, business-critical, and require strong integration between business strategy and technology decisions. BT is actively growing its capabilities in cloud strategy, AI architecture, and CIO advisory, with an emphasis on innovation, AI enablement, and modern operating models.
Your Role
You'll lead cloud architecture and modernization engagements end-to-end, setting architectural direction for hybrid and multi-cloud estates and making sure it translates into delivery. You'll be the senior technical voice with client leaders, while supporting growth through solution shaping, pre-sales, and team development.
• Lead cloud architecture engagements, guiding clients through cloud adoption, migration, and modernization
• Design and present high-level and detailed architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Define architecture standards, reference patterns, and governance for enterprise-scale deployments
• Oversee delivery of infrastructure design, DevOps integration, security, and cost optimization
• Conduct cloud assessments and readiness evaluations, providing actionable recommendations and roadmaps
• Shape cloud architectures that enable data, analytics, and AI platforms
• Lead solution design and pre-sales activities, including proposals and client presentations
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice assets and knowledge sharing
Your Skills + Experience
• 8-10+ years in consulting or technology roles, including 3-5+ years in cloud architecture or cloud delivery
• Proven track record leading cloud transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, including core services, networking, security, and cloud-native design patterns
• Experience with migration methodologies, hybrid cloud models, and multi-cloud strategies
• Strong understanding of DevOps, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and platform engineering
• Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS Benchmarks, NIST, ISO 27001); FinOps experience is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including C-level audiences
• Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience); professional-level cloud architect certification
