KeyLogic is seeking an Enterprise IT Infrastructure and Cloud SME focused on infrastructure governance, enterprise service management, and modernization oversight. This role will help improve visibility into enterprise infrastructure performance, governance effectiveness, service delivery, and modernization progress.
The successful candidate will support leadership through data-driven analysis, governance frameworks, performance measurement, and strategic recommendations that improve enterprise technology operations. ACTIVE Secret Clearance or higher is required.
What You'll Deliver
· Infrastructure governance assessments and recommendations.
· Service-management performance metrics and reporting.
· Enterprise visibility into infrastructure health and modernization activities.
· Governance frameworks supporting accountability and continuous improvement.
· Modernization recommendations based on performance and risk analysis.
· Executive reporting and decision-support products.
· Governance recommendations supporting effective adoption and operational management of AI-enabled services and enterprise technologies.
What You'll Do
· Evaluate enterprise infrastructure governance processes and practices.
· Develop performance measures, metrics, and reporting capabilities.
· Analyze infrastructure modernization initiatives and outcomes.
· Support service-management assessments and improvement efforts.
· Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
· Develop governance recommendations and implementation strategies.
· Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and reports.
· Collaborate with technical and mission stakeholders across the enterprise.
Required Education
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Required Qualifications
· Active Secret Clearance or higher.
· 5+ years supporting enterprise IT infrastructure, service management, IT governance, or modernization initiatives.
· Experience with infrastructure, governance, or service-management activities.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Experience developing recommendations from operational assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with enterprise service management frameworks.
· Cloud modernization experience.
· IT governance experience.
· Familiarity with performance management and reporting solutions.
