Our mission is to transform how the world's biggest companies approach learning and development, helping teams work better together through AI-powered personalization that adapts to individual goals and organizational culture using the latest advances in machine learning and natural language processing. Learn more about our work with Microsoft: Valence Brings AI Coaching More Deeply Into the Flow of Work with Microsoft 365 valence.co We've been featured in Harvard Business Review, TIME, World Economic Forum, Financial Times, Forbes and an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America. Our clients represent the most diverse and sophisticated enterprise AI implementations globally, including Coca-Cola, Delta, Nestlé, General Mills, Schneider Electric, Deutsche Telekom, AstraZeneca, Prudential, CVS and Bristol Myers Squibb. Working at Valence means building the team behind one of the fastest-growing companies in enterprise AI. You'll recruit across GTM and technical roles for a business trusted by the likes of Coca-Cola, Delta, and Bristol Myers Squibb; partnering directly with leadership, owning your process end-to-end, and shaping who gets to define what AI-first transformation looks like. The bar is high, and you'll be the one who holds it. THE ROLE Nadia valence.co is evolving and redefining the Talent tech stack. At her heart she’s an AI coach, but as she sits alongside each employee she becomes a front door and connector of talent programs - and delivers the personalized, real-time, and in-the-flow-of-work learning, performance management, and engagement that drives real gains in individual and team performance. This role will help write the story of how AI-enabled coaching transforms how organizations redefine how performance and development are delivered at the world’s leading workplaces. You'll own positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for Nadia, our enterprise AI coaching platform, as Valence's first dedicated Product Marketing Lead. You'll report directly to our VP of Marketing and work closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to sharpen how we tell our story to CHROs and other senior executives and ensure that story lands in every deal our sales team runs. This is a high-impact role on a lean marketing team operating at startup velocity. The commercial team has strong positioning and messaging acumen, but know-how is scattered across the team. You'll pull it into a coherent, sales-ready system that is essential to helping Valence scale 10x. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own Nadia's positioning and messaging — sharpening our narrative and competitive story for CHRO and enterprise-executive buying committees, and keeping it coherent across sales and marketing surfaces - Build our sales enablement function: pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling - Build a system for competitive intelligence and translate market and competitor research into messaging and enablement assets - Work directly with sales leadership to identify where deals accelerate vs. stall and turn those insights into sharper positioning and better-equipped sellers - Design go-to-market for new capabilities and launches - Lead analyst relations WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 8+ years of marketing experience, with a track record in enterprise B2B SaaS - Extraordinary customer empathy and knack for written and visual language; you can distill a complex product into a series of clear, creative and compelling assets - A systems engineering mindset when building and scaling programs and playbooks. You look for 10x leverage through ingenuity, technology, and - most importantly - cutting to the heart of what will create impact. - High EQ and experience partnering with, aligning, and getting to shared success with commercial teams. - Startup or high-growth company experience: you're comfortable building a function with limited existing infrastructure and shifting priorities. You enjoy and are expert in creating a way forward through ambiguity. - Understanding of the buying and competitive landscape in HR tech, people analytics, or L&D/coaching. - A drive for excellence: You take full ownership of outcomes. You feel deeply responsible for results. If something’s off, you roll up your sleeves and fix it, even if it’s not “your job.” You challenge yourself to extraordinary growth and believe that frequent feedback is the fastest lever for getting better. - You operate above pace: You operate with speed and conviction. You don’t wait for perfect certainty. You choose a path, test it fast, and let results guide the next move. - You take bold bets: You lead with curiosity and not ego. You care more about strong ideas than being right. You listen well, challenge directly, and commit fully even when the decision isn’t yours. - AI-native: you've built AI into your daily workflow and can point to specific things you've automated, accelerated, or improved with it in the last six months WHAT YOU'LL GET Ownership & Rapid Growth - Outsized missions from day one, with direct responsibility for company-defining projects - Work alongside the executive team with transparency into strategy and decision-making - Influence on direction through real-time customer feedback and market insights AI-First Operator - Work directly with cutting-edge AI models and next-generation platforms - Build expertise in enterprise AI implementation across Fortune 500 companies and multiple industries - Establish yourself as a recognized leader among peers in shaping how AI transforms work at a global scale Compensation - Competitive salary including base + bonuses - Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) from day one - Generous PTO, company-wide R&R shutdowns, and paid parental leave - Retirement plan support for US and global employees Equity - Meaningful ownership in a venture-backed company at a growth inflection point - Financial upside that comes from scaling fast - Top-up grants as we scale and you deliver exceptional performance — your compensation grows alongside your impact Top-Performing Culture - A culture built for top talent: intensity to win, growth without limits, and a team that solves hard problems and celebrates big wins together Learn more about us and meet our team here youtube.com Valence takes candidate fraud seriously.
