What success looks like in your first 90 days • Assess the current Data Platform landscape and deliver a documented target-state architecture covering interoperability, integrations, and platform consumption patterns. • Define and socialize core standards for APIs, event contracts, data exchange, versioning, and access management. • Partner with key stakeholders to guide at least one strategic platform initiative through architecture review and implementation planning.
