Manage compliance programs, including annual reporting, mandatory filings, policy updates, and employee training
More About You :
You can successfully strike the right balance of being an advisor to the business but also an advocate for employees
You will be a whiz with project management, change management, and driving programs independently, even when the path forward is ambiguous or undefined

You are not afraid to speak out, own stakeholder alignment, and shape high-visibility programs/initiatives
Collaborative team player who facilitates collaboration across functions at an org-wide scale and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves
Your Background:
5+ years of HR or People Operations experience within a high-growth company
