• 8+ years of experience as an IBM Cognos Developer . • Develop and maintain ad hoc reports for Claims and Finance modules. • Strong experience with IBM Cognos Analytics/Report Studio . • Experience working with Health Enterprise (HE) systems is mandatory. • Develop complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions based on business requirements. • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and report generation. • Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and validate reporting requirements. • Ensure report accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare reporting standards.
