WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE: - 7+ years in Product Management - Proven track record of owning complex products from 0-1, specifically managing portfolios that weave together digital interfaces and physical/in-person execution layers. - Prior experience building clinical products within digital health startups, executive physical programs, premium health clinics, or adjacent diagnostics spaces. - Exceptional communication and relationship management skills; comfortable speaking the language of a tech-heavy software engineer, an on-site operational coordinator, and an elite, hyper-credentialed research physician. - Strong comfort utilizing product analytics to analyze internal and external feedback to inform future development priorities. - Highly motivated, creative, and completely comfortable setting up structured product parameters within an ambiguous, hyper-growth startup setting.
