You have an ownership mentality and can take complex projects from start to finish. Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of professional development experience. Strong Python, SQL, Docker, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and data manipulation skills are essential. Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn is a plus. Experience building projects using AI models is a plus. Financial Aptitude: Experience in an investment firm, structured finance, or private equity is beneficial but not mandatory. A desire to learn and adapt to financial applications of AI is crucial. Automation Mindset: Proven ability to build end-to-end solutions, automating complex processes and integrating with various APIs and systems. Web Development Experience: Comfort with RESTful API design and front-end frameworks is preferred, enabling seamless product deployment and integration. Project Management: Strong understanding of CI/CD. Experience with Azure/AWS. Adept at juggling multiple projects in a time-sensitive setting while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Team Player: Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Join us to be part of an entrepreneurial, high-energy team dedicated to pioneering AI-powered solutions in the world of alternative investments. Here, you’ll have the autonomy to shape innovative projects, collaborate with top talent across the firm, and see your ideas come to life in real-time. You'll also have access to pretax benefit accounts, including FSA, HSA, and Commuter accounts.
