Sr. SAP Analyst - ManufacturingLocation: Franklin, IN (Onsite, with travel to other Indiana facilities) | Contract-to-HireHands-on experience supporting manufacturing or plant-floor operations is required.OverviewOur client is seeking a Sr. SAP Analyst - Manufacturing to support manufacturing operations and business applications across its Indiana facilities. You'll work directly with plant users to troubleshoot application issues and support the systems and connected equipment used in shop-floor operations. This is a functional application support role, not a software development role.ResponsibilitiesProvide functional application support for manufacturing operations and ERP systems.Troubleshoot application, connectivity, and system issues involving PCs, scanners, and printers.Work directly with plant-floor users to resolve issues and support daily operations.Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams on more complex technical issues.Support system implementation, training, adoption, and ongoing operations.Travel between Indiana facilities as needed, potentially once a week.Participate in potential international travel for implementation-related training.Provide occasional after-hours support when operational issues arise, since the plants operate 24/7.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree (an associate degree is not sufficient)5+ years of IT application support experienceSAP experience, particularly SAP application or functional supportManufacturing experience, ideally supporting plant-floor or shop-floor operationsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skillsComfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment, including noise, dirt, and strong odors, and traveling between facilitiesAbility to work directly with plant personnel and explain technical issues clearlyPreferred QualificationsExperience with ERP systems, manufacturing applications, or shop-floor systemsFamiliarity with manufacturing equipment and connected hardwareExperience supporting system implementations, training, or user adoptionPay rate: $35-45/hr. This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire position, onsite in Franklin, IN, with a standard first-shift schedule and travel to other Indiana facilities. Candidates must be US Citizens, Green Card holders, or authorized to work on H4 EAD, L2 EAD, or TN visa.
