Actively contribute to the codebase while reviewing designs and implementations to ensure systems remain maintainable, extensible, secure, and production-ready. Identify technical and delivery risks early, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and drive timely decisions and resolution across stakeholders. Facilitate effective collaboration across the pod, helping remove blockers, clarify ownership, and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
