The role We're looking for an Account Executive to join our inside sales team and help healthcare and senior care organizations get more out of our workforce management platform. This is a true mix of farming and hunting. You'll take over a book of existing clients, keeping them happy, renewing them, and growing what they do with us. You'll also go out and win new customers with your own outbound prospecting. You'll be selling a SaaS product that solves a real operational problem for the people who use it, and you'll have a warm base of accounts and an established partner network behind you. You won't be starting from zero. You'll join a team of Directors and Senior AEs who've done this well, and there's a path to grow here: the person who held this seat was recently promoted into a leadership role. Where you’ll work This role is based at our Irving, Texas headquarters. We believe the best onboarding and collaboration happen face-to-face, so you’ll start on-site five days a week during your first few months. Following ramp-up, a hybrid schedule (two remote days per week) may be available with manager approval and depending on business needs. What you’ll be doing - Owning a book of existing clients: driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion within your accounts. - Prospecting and winning new business through cold calling and multi-channel outreach. - Running the full sales cycle: qualifying leads, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close. - Building relationships with partners and referral sources to create pipeline and co-sell opportunities. - Keeping your pipeline, forecast, and activity accurate in Salesforce. - Working closely with your team, sales enablement, and sales operations to sharpen how we sell. What you’ll need - 2+ years of quota-carrying inside sales or Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of hitting or beating your number. - Real outbound experience: you're comfortable picking up the phone and doing it at volume. - Experience managing and growing an existing book of business, not only new-business hunting. - Strong discovery, presentation, and closing skills. - Solid CRM habits (we use Salesforce) and comfort with pipeline management and forecasting. - A coachable, self-driven attitude and a good fit for a metrics-driven team.
