Job description

Who You Are You are a technical product manager who is drawn to the parts of a product that make or break an enterprise deal. You've shipped the capabilities that a Fortune 100 security team asks about in the first meeting, and you've worked on the less visible engineering investments — the ones that cut latency in half, absorb a 10x traffic spike, or keep a system serving results when a dependency goes down. You are comfortable in technical conversations without needing to be the engineer in the room. You can read a latency dashboard, reason about an API contract, and ask the second and third question about a proposed architecture. You are highly data-driven and detail-oriented, and you translate fluently between what a customer said they need and what an engineering team can actually build. You are collaborative by nature and have achieved success as a team player. You thrive by setting ambitious goals and tracking progress until they are met. You want an opportunity to put your mark on a platform as it is being built, you feel strongly about being mission-driven in your work, and above all else you are innately curious and motivated to learn new things. Who We Are Quantifind is the Risk Intelligence company. We help some of the world’s biggest banks identify money laundering and fraud. Quantifind also works with government agencies, using the same platform, to uncover criminal networks and support national security. Unlike other players in this space, Quantifind delivers results through an AI-driven software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution with consumer-grade user experiences. Quantifind’s Graphyte platform uncovers signals of risk across disparate and unstructured text sources using artificial intelligence and natural language processing techniques. In financial crimes risk management, Quantifind’s solution uniquely combines internal financial institution data with public domain data to assess risk in the context of Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Fraud Risk Management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. Today these compliance processes are burdened by ever-increasing regulatory responsibilities and an expectation of frictionless transactions. Legacy technologies demand increasingly more human resources as the operations expand; Quantifind’s solution offers a way to cut through the inefficiency and enhance effectiveness simultaneously. Demand for this solution is fueling our rapid growth. To help you succeed, we provide a supportive environment that fosters collaboration between teams and team members, where learning and professional growth are considered a key part of your success, and of ours. We offer a flexible work environment with a family friendly work-life balance. What A Great Candidate Looks Like: You hold a BS or MS in computer science, statistics, engineering, or a related technical field, and have 2+ years of product management or associate product management experience with platform, infrastructure, API, or enterprise-facing products You have shipped enterprise-grade capabilities such as SSO/SAML/SCIM, role-based access control, audit logging, multi-tenancy, entitlements, admin tooling, or data retention and residency controls You have helped scale products by improving throughput, latency, reliability, fault tolerance, capacity, or cost efficiency as customer and usage demands grew You are technically fluent and comfortable working directly with APIs, relational databases, and SQL, and understand API design considerations such as authentication, versioning, pagination, rate limiting, webhooks, and batch versus real-time tradeoffs You use data and operational metrics to guide product decisions and prioritization, including metrics such as p95/p99 latency, error rates, SLOs, capacity headroom, and product usage You understand agile software development and can effectively partner with Engineering and other technical stakeholders, using tools such as Jira and GitHub You have strong user empathy and can translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements, including when the end user is another engineering team You have an ownership mentality, thrive in ambiguity, and can build alignment around a product vision by clearly communicating the “why” and driving toward measurable outcomes Bonus: You bring experience with regulated industries or enterprise security and compliance (such as SOC 2 or FedRAMP), alternative deployment models (single-tenant, VPC, or on-premise), cloud infrastructure and data pipelines, or AI/ML and NLP-driven products The Opportunity We Offer As a Technical Product Manager for Platform & Enterprise, you will own the foundational layer of Graphyte: the capabilities that let large institutions adopt us, the integration surfaces they build against, and the performance and reliability characteristics they hold us to. In this role you will: Own the roadmap for enterprise readiness — identity and access management, permissions, auditability, tenancy, data handling and retention, and administrative control Own the platform's integration surfaces, including our APIs, batch and real-time processing paths, and the developer experience of teams building against us Drive scale, speed, and resilience as first-class product outcomes: define the performance and availability targets that matter to customers, then work with engineering to prioritize the investments that hit them Turn security questionnaires, procurement reviews, and compliance requirements into a prioritized backlog rather than a queue of one-off escalations Partner closely with Compliance, Delivery, and Customer Success to understand where deals stall and where deployments strain, and feed that back into the roadmap Write clear requirements that include non-functional ones, and hold the line on them through delivery Work directly with executive leadership as you help us innovate new solutions Our team of highly productive engineers will challenge you to validate assumptions, identify new opportunities, and become an expert on our product and customers. You will have as much client exposure as you desire, with the expectation that great product insights come from direct user feedback. Principally, you will become part of a motivated and curious product team on a journey to create the world's premier risk intelligence platform. Quantifind’s development team is centered in Palo Alto, California, and we have hubs in Atlanta, Georgia, New York, NY, Boston, MA and in Washington, D.C. Quantifind is currently using a hybrid mix of working from home and in the office, with regular in-person touchpoints and shared office space. A highlight of our benefits: Competitive salary Company Equity Exceptional benefits package Flexible Vacation & Paid Time Off Employer-matched 401(k) plan A fun environment where work-life balance is valued The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $160,000.
