Required Qualifications • ABAP Development: Strong, hands-on experience with ABAP programming, including object-oriented ABAP (ABAP OO), enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits • RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model): Solid experience building managed and unmanaged RAP business objects, including CDS views, behavior definitions, and OData V4 services • Clean Core: Demonstrated understanding and application of SAP Clean Core principles, including side-by-side extensibility and avoidance of core modifications • SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on experience developing on SAP S/4HANA, including familiarity with HANA-native development (CDS, AMDP, HANA views) • This position may require access to export-controlled information or facilities subject to ITAR/EAR regulations Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Web Dynpro for ABAP for developing and maintaining UI applications Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deliver SAP solutions using ABAP and the RESTful Application Programming (RAP) model. • Build and maintain OData services, business objects, and CDS (Core Data Services) views in line with Clean Core principles. • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Develop and support SAP S/4HANA applications, leveraging HANA-optimized data models and performance best practices. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical standards and best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments. • Contribute to documentation of technical designs, development artifacts, and system configurations. • Support integration efforts with third-party and internal systems via APIs and middleware platforms.
