The Process Engineer will be responsible for the development, installation, validation, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes and systems used to produce robotics. This role collaborates cross-functionally within Operations and cross-geographically to define process requirements, procure and validate equipment, and drive optimization and cost-reduction initiatives. The Process Engineer will be expected to clearly communicate project status, risks, and change control to senior management. Key job responsibilities - Develop and validate manufacturing processes to meet product technical requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from prototype through production release. - Drive process optimization and cost reduction initiatives across scaling production lines. - Author business cases and operational planning documents for capital equipment and plant infrastructure investments. - Develop and implement technology and tooling improvements that deliver measurable impact to Safety, Quality, and Cost targets. - Conduct process reviews including Failure Mode, Risk, and Hazard assessments to ensure production readiness. - Travel approximately 10% to support project scoping and cross-site collaboration.
