Job description

About Us ChargerHelp! is a data-first EV charging maintenance company helping fleets, charging networks, and site owners keep their charging infrastructure reliable. Through our proprietary EMPWR platform and Reliability as a Service (RaaS) offering, we connect data across charging hardware, software, and networks to identify root causes and drive resolution. Our approach combines AI-powered diagnostics, remote-first problem solving, and a nationwide network of trained field technicians to reduce downtime and improve charging performance. We bring technology, people, and accountability together to resolve issues from diagnosis through repair, helping customers operate dependable charging infrastructure as the industry grows. Why ChargerHelp! Join a mission-driven startup addressing a critical barrier to EV adoption: charging station reliability. At ChargerHelp!, you will help companies maintain dependable charging infrastructure while building relationships across the EV charging industry. We offer: • Meaningful Impact: Support a cleaner energy future by helping customers keep EV charging infrastructure operational and reliable. • Ownership and Growth: Own your sales strategy, help shape processes, and contribute directly to the company’s growth. • Market Opportunity: Sell repair and maintenance solutions that address the operational needs of a growing EV charging industry. • Competitive Compensation: A strong compensation package with on-target earnings exceeding $200,000. The Mission: Drive Enterprise Sales We are seeking an Account Executive with direct B2B sales experience in the EV charging industry within the past 24 months , a demonstrated record of personally closing contracts, and consistent recent quota attainment. This is a hunter role for a seller who actively creates opportunities through outbound prospecting, develops relationships with decision-makers, and converts those relationships into revenue. Success requires taking ownership of pipeline generation and building new business rather than relying primarily on inbound leads. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying target accounts and generating qualified opportunities to negotiating contracts, closing business, and expanding customer relationships. Target customers include: EVSE manufacturers, major fleets, charge point operators (CPOs), and large real estate organizations. What You’ll Deliver • Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver $1.5M+ in annual sales through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion. • Generate Your Own Pipeline: Build a consistent flow of qualified opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting, direct outreach, industry relationships, and referrals. • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Independently identify, qualify, develop, negotiate, and close B2B sales opportunities across target enterprise segments. • Close Enterprise Contracts: Translate customer needs into compelling proposals and secure high-value agreements for ChargerHelp!’s solutions. • Execute Strategic Account Plans: Identify decision-makers, understand customer priorities, and develop account strategies that create opportunities for long-term growth. • Sell Consultatively: Conduct thorough needs assessments, communicate business value, address objections, and guide customers through purchasing decisions. • Maintain Pipeline Visibility: Keep accurate CRM records, track opportunity progression, and provide clear forecasts supported by customer activity and deal status.
