Job description
***Please note this position is 100% on-site***
We believe great support is about building real relationships, not just rushing through tickets. You don t need years of IT experience to thrive here—our close-knit, on-site desktop team will mentor and support you every step of the way. You’ll get to be the trusted first point of contact for our scientific community, learning hands-on while knowing your work directly supports life-saving research. If you love solving problems, helping others, and want a supportive team to grow with, this is the perfect place to start.
The Service Desk Support Technician is an on-site role embedded within the Research Desktop team, providing Tier 1 technical support to the Seattle Children s Research Institute (SCRI) user community through established support channels (primarily phone and user-submitted tickets).
