Venteon Finance is currently seeking a Finance Manager, for a growing, non-automotive manufacturing client in the Downriver MI area. Responsibilities: Lead month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis. Develop financial models for pricing, product launches, profitability, and capital spending. Maintain standard costs, bills of materials, routings, and product costing. Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Support inventory analysis, reconciliations, and variance reviews. Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing. Experience with ERP systems. Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
