Job description

ABOUT NOYO The benefits ecosystem is foundational to the health and financial security of millions, yet the technology that powers it is often fragmented, complex, and decades old. This creates massive inefficiencies for the insurance companies, brokerages, and software providers who manage this critical part of our economy. At Noyo, we are building the modern infrastructure for a new era of benefits. We provide the AI-powered tools and software infrastructure that allow our partners—from legacy insurance carriers to the newest ben-admin startups—to modernize their businesses, operate with speed, and offer seamless experiences to their customers. If you are passionate about using technology to solve complex, real-world problems with massive impact, Noyo is the place for you. Noyo's HQ is in San Francisco, and we believe in-person collaboration is a huge accelerator for innovation and creativity. We also have many distributed teammates across the U.S. and we prioritize frequent opportunities for in-person get togethers in San Francisco throughout the year. We believe this hybrid approach creates more organic opportunities to connect, collaborate, and make magic for our users as a team. Noyo provides a modern API-driven experience for its customers to connect with nearly any insurance carrier.
