Job description

About Origin Origin is building the endpoint AI observability platform originhq.com for AI-adopting organizations. We believe that organizations should not adopt AI on their endpoints without observability in place, and we want to be the platform that maximizes the productivity & safety of that adoption. The company exists to maximize the diffusion of intelligence inside an organization, maximize the productivity of agentic systems and the humans driving them, keep agent actions traceable end-to-end so that when a user asks for something in a prompt they can verify the agent actually did what was expected, and give organizations one interface to answer the hardest questions they have about how work gets done. Our platform monitors and protects some of the most important organizations in the world. We are backed by Sequoia Capital, Brightmind Ventures, IA Ventures and other top firms. Role Origin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale the team behind the company’s next stage of growth. This is a highly collaborative and high-ownership role for someone who moves with urgency, exercises strong judgment, and cares deeply about building great teams. You will play a key role in shaping how Origin hires, creating thoughtful candidate experiences, improving recruiting processes, and helping the company scale with intention as we grow. Responsibilities - Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and GTM/Sales roles including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates. - Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define hiring criteria, and move searches forward with speed and precision. - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels. - Serve as a brand ambassador for Origin, by creating a warm, professional, and memorable candidate experience at every stage. - Keep our ATS (Ashby) accurate and up to date, ensuring hiring data and candidate communications are timely and well-documented. - Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates. - Partner with the People & Operations team on employer branding, job postings, and process improvements as we scale. - Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to ensure a seamless handoff from offer acceptance through onboarding. Skills and Experience - 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment. - Experience hiring across both technical and GTM/Sales roles. - Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building pipelines from scratch. - Strong communicator who builds trust quickly with both candidates and hiring managers. - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously without sacrificing quality or responsiveness. - Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, remote environment with a high degree of ownership. - Familiarity with Ashby or other ATS platforms and recruiting workflows. Nice to Haves - Experience recruiting in the cybersecurity or enterprise software space. - Experience building or refining recruiting processes at an early-stage company. Working at Origin Origin is a fully remote team across the US & Canada, built on trust, autonomy, and excellence. We empower our team to take ownership, move with purpose, and continuously improve. Our culture values top performers who align with our mission and embrace high standards.
